Osietra Caviar is for exclusive banquets and buffets, festive occasions and as especially exclusive gifts. Gourmets and experts prefer sturgeon caviar without bread; they eat it directly from the can with a pearl spoon. Osietra Caviar is known and respected among gourmets.
Sturgeon caviar comes from carefully selected farms in Poland, Hungary, Germany and China. We have thoroughly tested these farms and they are subject to the strictest controls on an ongoing basis. We have deliberately chosen them because they consistently guarantee the highest product quality and adhere to strict guidelines on animal and environmental protection. They also attach importance to responsible and fair treatment along the entire production chain.
As sturgeon caviar is a purely natural product, production quantities cannot be scaled at will. The natural growth of the sturgeons sets clear limits. In order to ensure a reliable supply at all times, we source our caviar from several breeders. This enables us to always be able to offer our customers first-class sturgeon caviar, even in times of particularly high demand, such as at Christmas or Easter.

Sturgeon caviar is a highly sensitive product; light and oxygen destroy its quality for several hours. It should not be stored for long up in the air. Shelf life of a closed can: about 4 months at a temperature of -3° to + 3°C.
